Who we are

Setstone is a done-for-you AI appointment-setting service, operated from South Africa. We build, train and run an AI setter inside our clients' own Instagram, WhatsApp and calendar tools.

What data we process

• Instagram & WhatsApp conversations belonging to our clients, accessed via ManyChat using the official Meta APIs. We process the messages needed to answer, qualify and book leads.
• Calendar availability and bookings via Calendly (or the client's calendar of choice), so the setter can offer real times and confirm calls.
• Client account information (name, email, billing details) needed to deliver the service.
• Basic website analytics to understand how visitors use setstoneai.com.

How we use it

Solely to deliver the service: training the setter on your offer and voice, replying to leads on your behalf, booking calls into your calendar, and reporting the results back to you. We do not sell your data and we do not use client conversations to train third-party models.

Who we share it with

Only the platforms required to operate the service: Meta (Instagram / WhatsApp), ManyChat, Calendly, and our AI model providers, each governed by their own terms and used strictly to process the messages needed to run your setter.

Ownership & control

Your ManyChat, your calendar, your Meta business account, your data. You can revoke our access and export or delete your data at any time.
