Terms of Service

The service

Setstone is a done-for-you AI appointment-setting service. We build, train and operate an AI setter that replies to leads inside your Instagram and WhatsApp DMs (via ManyChat's official Meta APIs) and books calls into your calendar (via Calendly or the client's chosen calendar).

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your offer, pricing and qualification criteria.
• Maintain your own ManyChat, Meta business account and calendar in good standing.
• Comply with Meta's platform policies and applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Fees & cancellation

Fees are billed monthly in advance at the rate agreed at signup. You can cancel with 30 days' notice; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

No guarantees

We work hard to make your setter perform, but we do not guarantee specific booking, close or revenue outcomes. Results depend on your offer, audience and market.

Ownership

You own your ManyChat, your calendar and your data. We retain ownership of the underlying Setstone system, prompts and playbooks used to deliver the service.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Setstone's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
